2. Fieldwork . Research

I am always curious about discovering the behaviour of the client\’s users and their willingness to shift their habits into a reliable digital solution. An essential measuring tool for the validity of any proposition.

I conduct several interviews with  users and operators using questionnaires and proposing hypothetical scenarios to depict certain results. 

4. Information Architecture

I use sitemaps to plan the information architecture and content flow. Wireframes to create a visual representation of the features and interactions.
